The strings we offer are of a special length and are exclusively compatible with the TOVA® System. Therefore, purchasing these strings requires you to own a TOVA® System. Each year, you can purchase a specified number of strings per tailpiece, ensuring the protection of our patented system. This string allowance resets annually.

How to order strings:

For customers who already own a system:

After entering your name, email address, and the serial number of your tailpiece in the registration menu, you can purchase additional strings by providing the serial number of your tailpiece.

For customers who do not yet own a TOVA® system:

  1. First, purchase a TOVA® Starter Pack for your instrument.
  2. Once you receive the Starter Pack, register the serial number of the tailpiece in your account.
  3. You can purchase additional strings by providing the serial number of the string holder registered in your account.
